>>102349Totally thought you were claiming that sunfish to be a bass until I read farther, haha. I find nightcrawlers to work much, much better than red worms. If they're too long, just rip them in half. I always 1/2 or 1/3 my worms when I use them, it makes them last much longer.
I've been doing a lot of crappie fishing lately, they're everywhere in the pond I fish and they're fucking delicious. Bullhead also, but I also fish a lot for carp, pike, bass, anything that puts up a nice fight. Heading out in 4 hours for walleye, actually.
