Hey lads, there will be a 55-60 km hike in mid-February (kind of an extreme hike, you have to complete it in one night) and I'm kinda out of shape. How do I prepare myself? I'm not fat, or anything, but stamina is kinda meh.
Any exercises I can do at home? I'd like to go /out/ every weekend, but I will be quiet busy, so that's not feasible.
