>>1890087Are you doing figure 8s? Only reason i see fly fishing is advantageous is finesee fishing early season fish in the shallows. First off no rhythms, be sporadic in your retrieve. And second line up for your figure 8 really early. It should flow seamlessly. A little tip is about 15-10 feet from the boat, or just out of eyesight of my lure depending on water clarity and surface (ie when the musky can see you) pop your lure rapidly and then stop for a split second. It's my "pre figure 8". I'm gonna be chasing those awesome retards all this weekend. I wish you the best anon.
