We have a fairly large limestone cave system out here in Chilliwack River Valley, BC. It's very tight most of the time, only a few that you can eventually stand up inside, but there are about a dozen more that you can crawl at least 40 feet into on your stomach. Most of them are quite dry with few insects (although closer to the riverside some are literally walled with daddy longlegs). I'd like to believe I've found all of them in the area but I could have missed a few.
I've also explored an abandoned mine just off the Coquihalla Highway (BC) with a total of 10.5 kilometers of tunnel spiraling into the mountain, took about ~5 hours total.
Head lamps are essential in both of these situations. It's extremely difficult to maneuver in tight spaces with a flashlight taking up one hand.
