all these yuppie dog lovers that refuse to acknowledge how dangerous their best friends can be, or their personal liability in owning one. where I come from your dog will get dumped dead on your driveway if it was harassing the neighbors animals. it's the same as the catfags that let pussywillow roam the subdivision then get butthurt when it's flattened by a passing car
tl;dr if you don't want anything bad to happen to your animal, train it and keep it under control. if it chases/bites someone it's dead anyways, whether the victim pulls a gun and does it themselves, or when it gets destroyed by animal control for biting
