>>2142352I dont think 70+ miles over a week through the gila wilderness is larping but I was pushing 65 lbs at launch so it was definitely miserable at points. This was a few years ago when I had less gear and experience so I was using a lot of what I had on hand (most of those pouches were just gear from my range belt). I have no qualms about being a larper with how hard I've pushed my gear and myself tbqh.

those pouches may look like a lot but everything sat well on my frame and wasn't remotely a problem. the big issue is how much they add weight (that thick cordura is HEAVY).
Care to post any gear you've modded? Hopefully you're not one of the many /in/doors board tourists calling other people larpers...
