A cup of quinoa and a cup of buckwheat in a pot.
You'll probably need about six cups of water. So a two liter pot should do.
Bring it to the boil, uncovered.
Let it simmer for about 30 minutes, covered.
Take it off the heat and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
