More seriously, it's too low for single track trails. Doesn't go more than a mile off the fs roads. And I am considering downgrading to a cb500f so I can stand up again, buy spoked wheels, and go more than 80 miles without a top up.

People say two is the only way to go, but I don't like the idea of carrying extra oil cans everywhere. I'd sacrifice a little maintenance time to avert forgetting your lube.
