Used it as a sleeping bag in the summer, sometimes winter but only if i didn't have any other option.
But the best way to use it as i experienced is like a tent (kokong)
And double sleepingbag inside.
You can also light a graveyard candle inside and it gets quite hot, even in -35C. Longest i have lived in one wintertime is 7 nights, and now as a civilian i always bring the jervenduk hunter.
