The first of theese reels my dad got fucking exploded, no problem, returned it to the factory next day and got a new one

I've gotten it not to where it only screeches if you do incredibly low power casts and it still screams a little halfway through a cast
I've oiled everything that would even remotely make sense, no dirt, appropriate diameter line, through clean. No saltwater (even though it is salt capable)
I just don't get it
Leaves me no choice but taking it to a shop I guess
