It's an Aglaonema which are also commonly called Chinese Evergreen. The new red leaf forms are from Thailand and were imported in the last several years. They are just starting to show up in American nurseries as houseplants. The first one in pic related is perhaps the most common of these new varieties that are sold in the florist section of grocery stores or Walmart.
