There are many places in the mountains where a large number of wildflowers can be found, but the OP picture is a picture of someone's garden. Especially if that's Mt. Moran, which I'm pretty sure it is. Almost none of those species would normally be found next to a lake, not in such density, and definitely not so close to so many color variants.
