I would never use a 190€ knife for the shit I sometimes have to do. There also is the possibility to lose it or get it stolen. The Para military 2 copy came with a little vertical play and an uneven cheek grind but the griptilian copy has no flaws at all and flips open like butter.
I actually do believe they use 440C, the edge retention is too good for 8cr. Check them out.
