Off pompano beach in FL at the third reef line there were 3 PC towers. Not just dropped in the water; they were under a rock ledge pretty far back so you couldn't see them from the top of the water. They had to be pushed up slightly to get back there, and they were stacked neatly with two on the bottom and one on the top centered between the two so they were placed there by a person, not pushed by wave action.
