I have been working out more, and my quadriceps have been strengthening, but that actually caused my kneecap to move more towards the outside than it normally was. I could tell just by looking at it something was going wrong, but by watching Naudi's channel I figured out whats happening.
My outer quadricep is stronger and being used much more than my inner thigh muscles (VMO). Once I started doing myofascial releases on my outer quad and stretching more, the kneecap slowly began moving back towards its natural position. I can tell its helping my knee, but my knee isn't fixed yet.
