Tough to find one that doesn't have over 200k miles on it. 2005+ have timing chain instead of belt so a bit less regular maintenance (need to replace belt at 100k for 1st gens). Not really a big deal though. 2nd gens have a bit more power. The new Tacos have had some teething issues, if I was going to buy a new one I'd hold off another year. They'll get them squared away though (I used to work for Toyota when the 2nd gen came out, they are very proactive about improvements on the line/performing bulletins on cars to address any trending issue).
