I wouldn't do that because it's too risky where I am but if I were to do it then I'd find a hill slope with dense vegetation/trees and then look for the most covered area and dig a shallow arc in the hill just to allow more room for building, that's where I'd build the shed, I'd cover the roof with dirt so grass could grow on it and then plant bushes in front of it. This shed will be hella messy and dirty but you can always insulate the inside with trash bags or something.
If I were to do it properly, I would circle every other week between multiple sheds built several kilometers away from each other, leaving baits inside to see if somebody found out about the shed or not (just be creative, even something as simple as a colorful carabiner can be a bait).
