>>1857152Try Schiermonnikoog park, de Boschplaat by West-Terschelling, or Vlieland island. These get to Bortle 2-3 if you stay away from the villages and look northward, which is pretty decent. That would actually be a decent spot to see the northern lights if there's good solar activity.
Alternatively you can try Breezandijk island, it's between Bortle 3-4 so you'll be able to make out the milky way but it won't be as nice as the other spots. But it'll be easier to get to if you're an amsterdamjood
