I would say nightshades (solanaceae) are also really prolific. And the umbellifers(parsley, celery, carrot), liliaceae (onion/garlic/leek/asparagus) and lamiaceae (rosemary, mint, sage, savory etc) families are the best aromatics.
Also runner up plant families: Amaranthaceae (beets, spinach, chard, quinoa) and Fabaceae (bean family)
