Considering California accounts for only 1/6th of US production and assuming it exports all its rice (the US as a whole exports less than half its production) California contributes less than 0.16% to Asias rice.
What on earth made you think that one small dry state on the other side of the world had any relevance to the Asian rice market? I mean it is absurd on the face of it.
