You should probably just go do all of that and just be careful instead of worrying about it so much. Of all the farmers land and forest trusts, quarries, abandoned quarries/factories/institutions I've been to, the odds of being found are very slim. Especially anything outdoors. Go do it, keep an eye open, and have fun. Not too hard...
