Technically they're not wrong, because pipes can smoke anything you put into them, but if they were REALLY relying on the 2% of smokers in the US who use a pipe for smoking, they'd have gone out of business long ago.
I expect that at some point there'll be an effort to "close the pipe tobacco loophole!" But until then, I'll enjoy flying under the radar just a little longer.
