>>298143Solanum is too big of a species. Got a suffix or a common name for it? I know nightshade plants shouldn't be planted near my future raspberries because they can get a potential virus that would wipe out my raspberries and the nightshade family plants.
It might be possible that its a 'thornless' berry but even then, the fact that the leaves aren't as serrated/sharp-pointed like most berry leaves have, scares the fuck out of me thinking that it might be poison ivy. Its way too hard and confusing for me to ID it as poison ivy and I spent 2-3 hours looking it up but it looks SO similar to a berry that I gave up trying that route.
Another thing I'm thinking is that because it is so young, is it possible that if it is a berry plant that isn't a thornless variety, would it be possible that it grows thorns when it matures later on?
Heres a picture of a raspberry plant with its leaves.
