>>498409>I thought gransfors handles already came coated.They come with a very thin layer of boiled linseed oil. Have to reapply monthly for a year or two. Keeping an axe like this in good condition takes some time. I reapply boiled linseed to the helve, leather conditioner for the sheath, and RIG gun grease to the head/blade every other month.
