Have I bonsai'd my pepper plant? Leaves are maturing at less than 1inch long. This will be the second winter I've had it inside, and I've cut it way back. At one point it was almost 1 metre tall, now it's less than 50cm. The stem is also more wood like than before.
It also flowers all the time. Ever since I've brought it inside it's been flowering, but most of the flowers or early fruit just fall off.
