Now that the harvests are rolling in im getting more and more peppers, ive made about a gallon of hot sauces and now im starting to look into pickling. Anybody have experience pickling peppers? Any dos and donts? And also questions about the salsas, how long should I expect those to last? Will the vinager keep it fresh for a long time? Or are there other techniques I need to follow in order to preserve them for longer? (Maybe fermenting or cooking practices Idk).
