They must be using some rigid polystyrene for it to crack like that. Makes me think it's important for the boyancy or action possibly because it's not like polypropylene or hdpe plastics are any more expensive. Pretty ridiculous. If it's just to save money that's horseshit. They are making money at 10 bucks a piece. They work well too which pisses me off even more. I want to take one out and test it but I don't want to just break it for no reason lol.
