First mushroom trip, had 3.5g of recently-dried shrooms last night and think I had some kind of seizure? Was listening to this song

Thought mushrooms would be pretty similar to LSD but thats not at all what I was expecting to happen and it was not pleasant. The only other unusual thing that happened that day was I had caffeine for the first time in two weeks yesterday morning. Maybe that video was just an exquisitely bad choice for a mushroom trip
