It's an absolute and direct disregard for the Bill of Rights, particularly the 4th amendment. I'm planning to never go to that shit hole of a state anyway but there is ABSOLUTELY no way that I would consent to a stop and frisk, none. They'd have to arrest me and I'd see it all the way to the supreme court.
