>>2745668it's definitely a different experience. growing up I randomly had 4 ducks in the suburbs. after a year or two we let them go at a park with a big flock. As an adult I'm learning to not get attached since we lost 3 last year and that's just how it goes
oh you mentioned hawks. I live across the street from farm/forest and the only reason the hawks fuck off is that we have big redwoods that crows live in. I wanted to cut them down but the crows will gang up and chase any hawk away. gives me peace of mind for my birds and small cat. no idea if you can attract crows but they go hard as fuck if a hawk is in their territory
