Wow, would you look at that, the best fishing of my lifetime just happened to be when the spawning stock biomass was highest. And now it's at the worst it's been in 25 years. And before that there was a moratorium, which should be happening again very soon thanks to people who can't just take a photo and let a cow striper go.
