it's stupid to compare a guy that lives on a farm/is enthusiastic about hiking and someone who's grown up in an urban hellhole and is only going along with it to entertain their partner.

I often recommend women with heavy period dose ibuprofen to minimise/stop bleeding during field work for this reason.Just get a cup and stop drugging yourself. It's easy to dispose of your menstual discharge and the cup itself is reusable. Just carry some wet wipes or reuse an empty bottle to wash your hands/cup with natural water.
