>>949332>do you blink?Nah. First couple times I didn't really want to do it, but they can survive a long ass time outside of water so you gotta make sure they're dead. If they are moving a lot before the knoife, just gotta knock them real good in the head first and they will be completely out of it by the time you put a knife thru their brain.
The big ones always suck because the skulls are super thick. Made me contemplate getting a machete but I don't feel like carrying one around. The last 24"+ one I got, I ended up curb stomping him because I didn't feel like slicing open my hand trying to get through the thick ass head.
Plus they're just fish. Catching them and dragging them onto land is probably much more stressful than having a blade sever their entire nervous system within a second. They aren't smart animals, it's like swatting a fly.
