Righty I'm in a new place and now have room to start a bit of planting. I have a question a out this pile that came with the property and what to do with it. Its wooden chip bedding from the previous owners horse, tha manure was kept in a separate pile. The front 3 or 4 foot is just wood chips but when you dig in a bit there is decent looking earth. Should I be trying to stir it all up to help with breakdown or skimming off the old bedding for use as mulch?
