Fox chest seals take up no room in my pack and have a multitude of uses if you know what you're doing. I've done a fair amount of medical training including live tissue and if you have a CAT TQ, wound packing gauze and chest seals you're well set up for treatable trauma, that's in addition to normal gear like OTC meds/bandages/tape etc
