>>2092179Well there was no granny LARP on my part. I bought these because they are tailored to my specific occupation. They are the "right tool for the job", so to speak. I wish mine were still pretty like yours desu but it's not worth the effort.
But honestly dude I think you would come to like them if you wore them more often. These fuckers took a long time to break in but now they're like a second protective skin on my feet. They are heavy but I'm working not hiking or running. At the end of the day boots are a tool like any other, you need to get a pair that suits your needs. I don't wear these when I walk my dog or go innawoods, and I don't wear my trainers or hiking boots into the grease pit.
