>>888936How important are pliers to you? Pliers and wire cutters come in handy and if you buy a quality multitool, the rest of the stuff will work well. I'm a big fan of their locking knives which you don't get on the SAK and the Leathermans with the screwdriver bits are much more useful than the little drivers that fold out of most SAKs.
My vote goes for Penn spinning reels and Abu Garcia Ambassadeurs.
