I use a MOLLEd Fjällräven Helags 45 for trips and overnighters and like it, tho I don't really can't compare it to other backpack. I'm using a Osprey Quasar as a daypack

i sew MOLLE-style straps to my Fjällräven Helags 45l backpack, so i could equip it with my molle-pouches. the smaller one is my first aid kit, the bigger one is for fire/energy-stuff stores my esbit-heater, a lighter, lighterfluid, tinder, batteries, flashlight, 3 pens and a small notebook.
