Victory has some really cool colorful corn varieties. I'm sure there's some corn specific sites with a better selection, but I think it's awesome they have all the śoybean varietals.
The giant stalks sounds really fun. Giant veggies are always fun. I've got a few giant beets that always excite people when I show them off. There's a picture of it in this thread somewhere.
If I didn't have such a bad gopher problem I would totally grow a bunch of these colorful corns.
