each new season ou work you get a dollar something raise, it certainly isnt great at an entry level but once you get a full time position ( if you do get one they're hard to come by) pay seems pretty decent , plus benifits etc
it was good for me though because i got to save almost everything i earned and its better then almost any other job i could have gotten
