>>1472116That's the difference, I'm already well aware that damper is a thing but yeasted breads are just so much better. Think like warm naan bread, but delivered to you fresh after a long day of hiking. Put some granulated garlic and some kind of fat/oil on that shit and you're in heaven.
Obviously this wasn't possible until pretty recently because of technology limitations but since pic related is available and keeps at room temp pretty well even after opened (just rip a small hole and clip it shut after) it seems like it could be a possibility.
