Every person I’ve ever taken up a mountain for their first time depending on where it is has a sketchy moment over a spot with a fatal drop that must be crossed. Eventually the more you do it, the more confident you become. Of course if you try jumping into some class 5 shit overnight or even a simple flat cross over a thousand foot vertical cliff you’re going to be sketched out.
