I pack water perhaps, maybe some resupplies but use the vehicle to get to a launch point now but going 4x4 soon just to access some mountainous or muddy terrain but you pay.
I pack a spare and make sure the thing is mechanically sound before departing, not much else but solar chargers look good for 12v trickle to a battery.
