Remember to check your bands every few months though, the unfortunate reality of slingshots is they don't last very long. Tubes have a slightly longer lifespan but lose firepower.
Finally I recommend "hammer grip" style slingshots. It conforms to your hand best and allows you to optimize your arm muscles. Wrist braces are not effective, and tubes that attach to the frame itself tend to wear out quickly., so it's best to attach the tubes to some rope.
