https://lighterpack.com/r/e7vsykThat's my daypack for a wander up the coast here, I enjoy cooking out so it's not unusual for me to have fresh stuff weighing maybe a few100g more instead of the boil in the bag stuff and/or a Ti mug in there for foraged shellfish. The ESEE3 only really comes if I want to keep the TK4 just for food prep (fishing etc) so it can easily be dropped. It's late spring/early summer here so I don't really bother with an extra layer just the poncho if it starts raining.
For me it's a good set up. I can chuck the poncho up as a shelter, crack out the stove and cook some food / hobble around foraging whilst I have a line in the water. Cozy as you like
