I used to run spinners and crankbaits all the time when I lived up north, then I moved to FL where they only work for bass for 30min at dusk when a cold front is coming through or a few weeks of pre-spawn. I had to learn how to use soft baits and work then slow. Switch it up to a Texas rigged worm or little brush hog and bounce that thing along the bottom.
