The white stuff on the leaves looks powdery, which I'll show in my next photo, and it does rub off when I rub the leaves.
I'm also just now noticing as I take these pictures small white spots which look like fuzzy mold growing on the top of the soil which seems bizarre because as I mentioned before I only water this plant every 2 weeks and I have a drainer on it, so it's not like it's soaking wet all the time.
I water at the base of the plant, humidity in my apartment is probably low because it's winter and the heat is always at ~68 F.
The soil is just some sort of gardening soil, I potted it while I was on vacation so I don't remember exactly what kind it was.
