rice (either flavored like uncle bens or plain)
add small can of tuna or chicken in sunflower oil.
add a can of mixed corn/beans/peas/carrots
add Ajvar and cube of broth/Bouillon or maggi
add chills /garlic

sometimes I do normal wraps or oatmeal soup.
