Also, you can't take the shroud off a Zippo to expose the spark wheel like you can with a Bic. That feature alone is enough to kill the Zippo where it stands: Once it's out of fluid, or leaks it out, you're dead in the water.
As for your mandatory Ranger band, which is apparently the only way to keep a Zippo from dumping all it's fuel down your pantsleg or just evaporating it--- that's just great until you have to use your Zippo one-handed from your pocket. Oops. Gotta use two hands to get that band off. Hope your fingers aren't too cold!
Zippos are just antiquated garbage. There's a reason only Euphoric nerds use them anymore.
