I went to Olympic National Park yesterday and like a dumbass I didn't check the forecast beforehand. I went to Rialto Beach first. Pic related, those are the famous sea stacks. It was raining sideways and the visibility was somewhere between shit and "no." Then I got to my campsite for the night in Hoh Rainforest and found out that my tent wasn't actually designed to stand up to a full night in a rainforest during a storm. I ended up bailing early before everything got soaked through and driving the 3.5 hours home.
Despite all that I did have fun and can't wait to go out again next weekend.
